Birth of Our Universe

Our world of functional art centered around holistic beauty was born in Périgord.

Lady Ancestrale grew up with her grandfather, a healer, in an environment where every object had a function, a presence, and a story. Very early on, she learned that every action has meaning and that nature offers its resources provided it is respected.

She also understood that humans can create beautiful, durable, and functional objects with few resources, thanks to patience, know-how, imagination, and mutual aid. Just like in ancient times, when ancient civilizations built solid and timeless works with limited resources, guided by vision and deep knowledge.

Initiated from childhood into foraging and medicinal plants, she developed an attentive relationship to the benefits that nature can bring to the body and its balance.

In 2018, faced with skin problems, she undertook a personal study of the cosmetic industry. She then discovered the consequences of overproduction, overconsumption, and waste, as well as their impacts on health and ecology.

From this revelation was born a world of functional art dedicated to holistic beauty, where each creation combines action, material, and intention. The goal is to create durable objects, conceived as collector's items that generate less waste, accompanied by a universal skincare formula concentrating the essence of the beauty ritual.
